Is Winologic free to start?
Yes. Create an account and run your first giveaway for free. If you only need to pick a winner from a list, the quick draw works without an account, and the list stays in your browser.
Do entrants need an account or an app?
No. They scan your QR code, fill in a short form on your join page and get their ticket number on the spot. Nothing to download, no account to create.
What details do you collect from entrants?
A name, plus only what you ask for. Email, phone and social handle can each be off, optional or required, set per giveaway.
How do I know the draw is fair?
Winners are picked on the server from a 128-bit random seed. Each draw is saved with that seed and a fingerprint of the exact entry list, and your public results page can show the winners next to that record. If a giveaway is drawn again, the results page says so.
Can I pull entries from Instagram or TikTok?
Today you paste the comments: copy them from your post and Winologic pulls out every @username and removes duplicates. Direct connections to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Facebook are coming soon. You can also import a CSV file (Excel and Google Sheets can save one), paste a list or add people by hand.
Can I give away several prizes in one draw?
Yes. Add several prizes to one giveaway, each with its own number of winners and backup winners. The reveal shows the prize and the winning ticket number.
Can someone enter or win twice?
You can block duplicate entries, and everyone who is drawn leaves the pool automatically, so the same entry never wins twice. If you want some people to have better odds, give them bonus tickets on purpose.
What if a winner doesn't respond?
Add backup winners to the prize. They're drawn together with the winners, so if someone doesn't reply you already know who's next, without running the draw again.
Can I show it on a projector or a livestream?
Yes. Run the draw in full-screen presenter mode: press F for full screen and Space to start and reveal. Pick from seven draw screens, from a wheel of fortune to a scratch card, and put the QR code with its live entry counter up before the draw. On a livestream, share that window like any other.
Can I manage several brands?
Yes. Make a brand kit for each brand or client, with its logo, colors, fonts and corner style, and pick one per giveaway. It's applied to the join page, the draw screen and the results page.
